MODERN SLAVERY

Massif is committed to protecting and respecting human rights and has a zero tolerance approach towards modern slavery. We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery and human trafficking anywhere in our business or supply chains. We do not enter into business with any organisation, which knowingly supports, or is found to use slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour including prison labour, or child labour.

In contracts with suppliers that do not publish a satisfactory Modern Slavery Policy we require the inclusion of clauses to this effect.

This statement is made voluntarily in support of the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Massif is not legally required to publish a Modern Slavery Policy.

NATIONAL LIVING WAGE

Massif meets all statutory NMW and NLW requirements. Additionally, Massif voluntarily pays the Real National Living Wage wherever applicable.
