Massif is committed to protecting and respecting human rights and has a zero tolerance approach towards modern slavery. We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery and human trafficking anywhere in our business or supply chains. We do not enter into business with any organisation, which knowingly supports, or is found to use slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour including prison labour, or child labour.
In contracts with suppliers that do not publish a satisfactory Modern Slavery Policy we require the inclusion of clauses to this effect.
This statement is made voluntarily in support of the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Massif is not legally required to publish a Modern Slavery Policy.
We are committed to equality of opportunity for all workers and new applicants. We do not tolerate unlawful or unfair discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, and marriage and civil partnerships. Ultimately, we are committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our workers and aim to ensure that no person is disadvantaged by conditions, requirements, or norms that cannot be shown to be justifiable.
We require and check that our workers are legally entitled to work in the UK.
